Policies
Using my services requires acceptance of the following policies. Please read thoroughly.
Appointment Scheduling
Appointments must be scheduled in advance by calling A Healing Knead or through the online scheduling system. As every appointment is to be scheduled in advance, walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
All treatment sessions must start and end on time. Please arrive five to ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time to review the intake that was filled out online and prepare for the session. If you are going to be late, please call so that I can hold your time slot. I cannot extend sessions beyond the scheduled end time for late arrivals.
Late Cancellation policy, Rescheduling, No-Shows, and Fees
When an appointment is scheduled, I reserve time for that appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows present lost income and time that cannot be recovered. I have implemented a fair cancellation policy to protect my business, my clients and myself.

I kindly request the courtesy of giving me the following notice for cancellation or rescheduling:
-
More than 24 hours’ notice, service will be cancelled at no charge.
-
Less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the service price will be charged.
-
Failure to show without notice within 15 minutes of appointment, 100% of service price will be charged.
